Lenovo launched several new ThinkPads, Desktop Computers and Tablets at the IFA 2015 and they look enticing.
If you want your computer to be convertible, then the ThinkPad YOGA 260 and 460 will fill that need. You can convert them from laptop to a full-sized tablet. The YOGA 260 is only 2.99 lbs (pounds) making it one of the lightest 12.5 inch convertibles. They incorporate LTE-advanced Wireless WAN. The YOGA 460 packs in an Intel i7 processor and a 2GB NVIDIA GeForce 940M graphics card so it’ll be able to handle applications pretty well.
Looking for a Desktop PC but want something small to place your desk? You may want to consider the ThinkCentre M900 Tiny. It’s slim and small and it’s a real space saver. It may have a small form factor but it still packs a punch. It’s easy to manage and has a ton of expansion options.
But some of you may want computers that can handle the most demanding games. Lenovo’s ideacentre Y900 and Y700 desktops have some serious processing power. The Y700 runs on an Intel sixth generation processor and packs in GeForce GTX 960M or Radeon R9 graphics. You can also get a 1 TB drive or a 512GB SSD. Solid State Drives (SSDs) can run applications faster. On top of that, it has a 4K touchscreen, in case you want to run 4K video on the Y700. The Y900 is its beefier cousin. It has an Intel processor which you can overclock and has enough slots to handle two GeForce GTX 980 boards. You can also put in 64GB of RAM into it.
The Desktops pack in JBL® speakers and subwoofer and an optional 10-point multitouch display or Intel’s RealSense™ 3D camera. Wow.
