We love the high-end product lines but most of the time we just love great deals and bargains.

For instance, if you want a great phone but you don’t want it to burn a hole in your pocket, then get a mid-range phone.

LG has some of the best mid-range phones and they recently launched the LG Magna and the LG Leon 3G smartphones.

The LG Magna is pretty unique. Mid-range phones rarely sport big displays but the LG Magna has a 5-inch in-cell touch display. It already has a Quad-core chipset that can handle most applications. It also packs in an 8-megapixel rear camera and decent 5-megapixel front camera. Great for those people who are big on selfies.

LG Magna

The LG Magna’s form factor is slightly curved. This gives this LG phone better voice clarity as it follows the curve of the human face.  It has an immersive view and a fixed focus when using the front camera.

The LG Leon is smaller with 4.5 inch display but it still packs a quad-core chipset, and  8 MP rear camera and a VGA front camera.

LG Leon

Both Magna and Leon will run on the latest Android operating system, Android 5.0 Lollipop.
While these are mid-range phones, they carry features designed for its premium smartphones. The Knock Code and rear key designs, which are first seen in the G-series, can now be found in these mid-range phones. It also features the Gesture Shot letting users take selfies with a simple hand gesture. Aside from that, users can also take photos with the touch and shoot function.
These mid-range phones also have the Glance View. Swipe down on the screen to get quick access to info such as time, recent messages or missed calls.
