Back then, when I bought my first portable storage device, I was mulling over the idea of it being a Windows PC.

I imagined myself toting around my Windows PC, casually holding like it was a portable drive. And I would have it stashed on my shirt pocket or inside my bag.

Yes, we know that smartphones are pretty much the computers that we tote around and carry with us. But it doesn’t have the full capability of a Windows 10 machine.

Well, the great thing about living today is someone will come up with a great idea of packing a Windows PC into a portable drive form factor.

The Ockel Sirius B is one such computer. It’s a desktop computer but it’s as small or as light as your smarpthone.

And guess what? It’s the first complete Windows 10 PC that fits into your pocket

We featured the Intel Compute Stick. It’s a Windows 8.1 computer and it looks pretty good.  But we’re more impressed with the Sirius B.

It’s powered by an  Intel Cherry-Trail x5-z8300 processor and it has 4GB of main memory. That’s more than enough to run most applications today.  It has  HDMI, Bluetooth, Wifi 5.0Ghz and  2 USB ports. It also packs in a micro SD card slot, audio connection and Flash storage.

To top it off, it has an eye catching design. We love how it loooks. And how it sounds. Well, it doesn’t make any real sound because it doesn’t have an internal fan.

To operate it, just connect it to an HDMI Display or TV, attach the power adapter. Use a bluteooth keyboard and mouse and you’re ready to rock and roll.

What’s great about the Sirius B is its a great alternative to the bulky laptops and computers. Sure, they’re more powerful but sometimes don’t you just wish you can carry one in your pocket?

This is great for students, freelancers and home owners because you won’t have to fork over a ton of money to get a new computer.

It’s available as an Indiegogo.com project.  You can fund it or pledge something for it. Or you can buy one for yourself.  It has already met its funding goal.

It’s available for only US$189. This version already has a pre-installed Windows 10 operating system.

It’ll start shipping this December. But if you can wait, there’s an upgraded version with a 64 Gb SD card bundled with it.
