The RA5000 and RA3000 offer ambient room-filling sound, thanks to Sony’s unique spatial sound technologies. It has 360 Reality Audio and Immersive Audio Enhancement technologies, allowing the RA5000 and RA3000 to fill any space with impressive sound – both vertically and horizontally.

360 Reality Audio tracks are available in other compatible music streaming services. It incorporates three-dimensional sound location data to deliver a 360-degree soundscape.
Sony’s Immersive Audio Enhancement algorithm can transform any two-channel stereo tracks to fill the room with sound automatically. It can further improve the user’s listening experience.
The RA5000 is also Hi-Res Audio certified for superior sound quality through High-Resolution Audio playback4. The RA5000 features a trio of up-firing speakers that spread music vertically. On top of that, there are
three middle-sited speakers that spread sound horizontally.
These capabilities are possible because the speakers integrate high-magnetism neodymium magnets and a mica reinforced cellular diaphragm. This feature gives strength to the speaker while still maintaining a compact size. Coupled with a subwoofer, it helps to fill the room with rich, deep bass.
The RA3000 achieves omnidirectional sound utilizing a full range speaker and an Omni-diffuser that disperses the sound throughout the room. Additionally, it has a dual passive radiator to produce deep bass. The speaker’s overlapping beam tweeters form a wavefront that goes upward, which promises to deliver sound vertically.
The RA5000 and RA3000 both feature Sound Calibration that offers optimal sound performance. An immersive Audio Enhancement button will conduct a detailed sound calibration adjustment for optimum audio performance for the room. The RA3000 provides auto adjustment while enjoying your favorite tracks. To activate the RA3000’s automatic recalibration, switch on the speakers. It can also recalibrate itself to any new position.
It also has an Auto Volume feature to find the perfect volume for each song. The speaker adjusts the sound, track-by-track, to make the listening experience stress-free.
It’s humidity resistant as well, so users can even enjoy the RA3000 in the kitchen and bathroom.
Smart Connectivity
The RA5000 and RA3000 can work with Google Assistant and Alexa-enabled devices. Users can easily voice- -command or use Sony | Music Center” app to control the speakers to start, stop or adjust the volume.
The RA5000 and RA3000 can also wirelessly connect to compatible BRAVIA TVs8. Both speakers have Wi-Fi, Bluetooth® technology, and have NFC9, which are compatible with Spotify Connect10.
