LG is going all out this year as it will unveil its new InstaView Range with Air Sous Vide at the virtual CES (Consumer Electronics Show) 2021. And for people interested in air frying technology, LG’s has it as well. The new range will also have LG’s Air Fry mode, InstaView oven door, and a range of smart functions for a healthy and convenient culinary life at home.

What’s great about the new LG range is its innovative Air Sous Vide mode, which will cook food perfectly every time for meals that look and taste like they’ve been prepared by a professional.

With precise low temperature and airflow control, vacuum-sealed foods can lock in maximum flavor and aroma to elevate dishes to succulent new heights.

LG Air Sous Vide promises to consistently maintain any temperature between 100 to 205 degrees Fahrenheit (38 to 96 degrees Celsius) for up to 48 hours without water. This method results in more consistent dishes that take up less counter space to prepare.

That’s not the end of it. We’re pretty sure that you’ve opened your oven to check on the food that you’re cooking. It’s a necessity to do this if you want to have your food cooked perfectly. With the LG InstaView range, you tap twice on the oven’s glass door, which automatically turns on an interior light so you can visually check the dish’s cooking progress.

On top of that, it has EasyClean®, which cleans the oven and cooktop in just 10 minutes using only the power of pure water. No effort and no chemicals.

The range also features LG’s ProBake® Convection technology for quick and thorough cooking without preheating. Then, there’s the Air Fry that delivers flavourful fried treats using significantly less oil than deep frying.

LG InstaView Range is also a smart appliance. Use the ThinQ™ app connected to Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa smart speakers to control and monitor the range for even more convenience.

LG has also partnered with SideChef and Innit so you can access hundreds of easy-to-follow recipes on their apps. Once the user has selected a recipe, the oven gets the cooking instructions, setting the appropriate cooking mode and temperature.
